Rongguofu Mansion

Rongguofu Mansion is nearby Zhengding Buddha Temple. Completed in 1986, Rongguofu Mansion is a copy of architectural group of Qing Dynasty, covering an area of more than 40,000 m2, including 215 rooms and 102 covered corridors. It’s situated in Zhengding County, about 40 kilometers to the north of Shijiazhuang City.
Distance to the Hotel: 20 Km from the Hotel, about half an hour by taxi. Walk about 300m from the Hotel, you will reach Xinbai Plaza Station. Take the No. 145 Bus, and transfer to No. 164 in Jin Bailin Station, get off at the Table Tennis Base and you will arrive at Rongguofu Mansion. The whole trip takes about one hour and 20 minutes.

Baodu Fortress

Baodu Fortress is in the Luquan District of Shijiazhuang City, featuring both natural scenery and historic and cultural attraction. The mountain is quite steep and there is only one small path leading to the peak from both the south slope and the north slope. Arriving at the peak, you will have a good open sight all of a sudden. There stands the biggest gate on top of mountain in China, Nantian Gate, meaning the gate of south of the sky. The first underground stone sculpture hall on mountain peak, Hall of 500 Monks, as well as the biggest Han Xin Temple (Han Xin is a famous general in ancient China) decorated with golden wall painting, and Great Wall of the fortress. The newly built passenger cable railway is 1800 meters long, with stops at Xiyuan, Lianhua Mount and Baodu Fortress. This is the only cable railway in China with transfer stops, without interval tower, fully closed passenger cable railway. The highest suspension point is 271 meters, making it a spectacular spot of Baodu Fortress.
Distance to the Hotel:  23 kilometers from the Hotel, about 39 minutes drive by taxi. Take the No. 5 Tourist Bus from Xinbai Plaza Station, you will arrive at Baodu Fortress after one and a half hours.

Bailu Hot Spring

It’s a hot spring resort in compliance with the national AAAA scenic spot standard, located at Wentang Town, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Heibei Province. This is a new type of hot spring resort integrating hot spring bath, leisure, health care, ecological tourism as well as services of accommodation, catering and shopping. The resort is close to the saint place of revolution, Xibaipo Village, and is adjacent to Tiangui Mount and Tuoliang Mount, with convenient traffic and beautiful scenery.

Oriental Giant Turtle House

Oriental Giant Turtle House is located at the east bank of Ye River, Pingshan County, Hebei Province, close to Xibaipo Village, a saint place of revolution. It’s 35 kilometers to the east of Shijiazhuang, covering an area of more than 1.7 square kilometers. It’s invested by Fan Haiting, a peasant entrepreneur, with RMB 150 million by using the unique local resources. The park has made two world records and six Chinese records. 81 sightseeing spots are sorted in four different categories and areas, namely Red, Green, Ancient and New Style. The park is praised as “ocean in mountains and books on rocks”.

Xibaipo Village

Xibaipo Village is located at the middle of Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, the former place of central committee of Communist Party of China. Three major battles including Liaoshen Battle, Huaihai Battle and Pingjin Battles were directed by the central committee of Communist Party of China and Chairman Mao at Xibaipo Village, and some important meetings such as Second Plenary of the Seventh Conference of CPC and the National Land Meeting. Hence with the name of Origin of New China and Village of Chinese Destiny. It’s a saint place of revolution, a key cultural relic protection spot and a scenic spot of 5A level.

Tuoliang Scenic Spot

Tuoliang Scenic Spot is located at the junction of two provinces, Heibei and Shanxi. It’s adjacent to Xibaipo Village on the south and adjacent to Wuyuezai national Forest Park on the east, and adjacent to the largest water fall group in north China to the north in Fuping County, and on the west near to Wutai Mount, which is one of the four renown Buddha mounts in China. The mountain got its name from its peak shape like the back of a camel. It covers an area of 158 square meters, consists of more than 200 scenic spots such as Hundred-Water-Falls canyon, Sandie Spring, Feilu Spring and Yunding Grassland. The main peak of the mountain is 2281 meters above sea level, being the highest peak in Shijiazhuang area, and one of the five highest mountains in Hebei Province.
